House sitting and pet sitters look after your home and your pets while you are away, on holiday or for work commitments. They can also be used to add security to empty properties.

House sitters offer more security to your property when you are away because your home will not be left empty for long periods of time. Pet sitters allow your pet to stay in their own homes instead of having to go into kennels and catteries. You pets can have their current routine and home comforts. House sitters can take on other jobs around the home whilst you are not here, like watering the plants and keeping your home clean and tidy.

This should not affect your home insurance, but we would advise you to check as each insurer has their own T&Cs.

Home owners should be able to leave their housee and pets with someone they can really trust and rely on. You want your house sitter to be punctual and attentive. You want your pets well cared for, kept to their current routines of feeding, exercising and loved the same way that you would look after your fur babies. You want to return to a house that is in the same state that you left it, with content pets. Some homeowners want a house sitter to keep them updated whilst they are away. Others don't!

As a house and pet sitter, to be able to provide you with the best care possible, there are some minimum requirements. We need to be given honest information about your pets behavior, any quirks they have, or known health issues. To be handed over a home that is clean, tidy as this will be the same state the house is handed back to you. Tv and WiFi is a necessity because the house sitter works remotely from home, please leave wifi password.

We have many years experiences with horses, dogs, cats and donkeys. Some experience with Alpacas, sheep, chickens, fish and small animals. We are happy to take on most things!

The first call will be to you (the owner) to discuss the situation and get a plan of action. If we can not get hold of you and immediate veterinary attention is required, we will take your pet straight to your vet or the nearest to our nearest location depending on the emergency.

Your key will be kept in a secure place and completely seperate from any personal information. No key can be identified to specific property. In the event of your key being lost or stolen we will advise you. Your personal information will never be sold or discussed with any 3rd parties. We are bound by the Data Protection Act.

Our house sitting services cover all villages on the Isle of Axholme. From Epworth, Haxey, Westwoodside and surrounding villages, to Crowle in the North and Haxey in the South.
